About Dr. Shirley Canniff, M.ED./D.Div.
Dr. Shirley M. Canniff, M.Ed/Div(formerly Shirley Eunice) and her husband Dr. Jeffrey Canniff are General Managers of WSTK-ITV Broadcasting Network of Greater Boston. WSTK-ITV stands for Seek The Kingdom Internet Christian Television Broadcasting Network.
Dr. Shirley Canniff had a very powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit in 1986 through the Catholic Charismatic Movement of the Roman Catholic Church. After many trials and tribulations, Dr. Canniff heard the call of the Lord to sell all that she had and follow Him. Dr. Canniff found the call perplexing because she had few material possessions but was rich in education and faith in God.
As she gave it all back to the Lord, He multiplied it in ways that she never imagined. In 1989, Dr. Shirley M. Canniff received training for the Masters of Education Degree in Counseling. As she was undergoing her studies at Bridgewater, Dr. Canniff felt a burning desire to preach the Gospel and to prepare people for their respective ministries one person at a time. It became quite evident to Dr. Canniff that what mattered more than anything else was that lives would be saved and transformed by the power of God.
After her first pilgrimage to Israel in 1987 and in 1994, after a "God encounter" at a Benny Hinn Crusade, an audience with the late Pope John ll and the late Mother Theresa in 1995, Dr. Shirley Canniff in prayer had asked the Lord about the call that He had placed upon her life. He said, in a still small voice that she was to pursue and receive biblical training in places where there was to be a mighty outpouring of His Holy Spirit. Seven years after the God encounter of 1987, 1994 and 1995 and as a result of 30 days of intensive ministry at the Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship Leader's School of Ministry in Canada in 2001, something radical began to take shape in Dr. Shirley Canniff heart. She received a revelation of the Father's love for her and her inheritance as a daughter of God her heavenly Father. This drastically changed the way in which Dr. Shirley Canniff was to worship Him and do ministry.
In the Spring of 1999, Dr. Shirley Canniff had been given an opportunity to be trained to produce, direct and host a talk show on Public Access Channel 9 at the Comcast Studios located in Easton, Ma. The show, "Different Facts Of God" was aired and broadcasted to an audience of over 10,000 people daily throughout the towns of Avon and Stoughton Massachusetts. By 2005, Dr. Shirley and her team had produced over 100 shows. The show, Different Facets Of God" focused on the witnesses and testimonies of people whose lives were being transformed by the power of God. Many people throughout the towns of Avon and Stoughton were so touched by these broadcasts that they would often times come up to Dr. Shirley's vehicle and leave notes on the windshield of her car encouraging her to continue to do this powerful media work for God because it was blessing people in ways that she could ever have hoped or imagined. In 2008 Public Access Television entered into the digital era alongside YouTube, FaceBook, etc and the birth of "Faith Talks Live" on both the Blog Talk internet radio and YouTube/Vimeo internet television venues became a reality and in 2013 still, continues to be a very powerful work in progress. On Friday, February 14th, 2003 on St. Valentines Day, Dr. Shirley M. Canniff married Dr. Jeffrey Canniff.
As a result of much fellowshipping and pray unto the Lord, the Canniff's developed an online multi-media school of ministry that is still in the process of development. The school of ministry known as Seek Christian Leadership School of Christian Multi-Media Ministry prepares one person at a time to become an effective leader through 4 Phases of Ministry Development.
About Dr. Jeffrey Canniff, D.Div.
Dr. Jeffrey Canniff was born in Boston, Mass. in the spring of 1959. His Roman Catholic faith and upbringing has held a deep and positive influence on his writing style. He received his faith through the dedicated example of his parents, Frederick and Nannette, and the grace and mercy of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The inspiration for his poem, "Saint Patrick's Well," came to him in March 2001 while taking a writing course and reflecting on his rich Irish heritage and Saint Patrick's Day. Dr. Canniff has also written many other works of poetry, which can be found on "The International Society of Poets" website http://poetry.com. Here is a list of Dr Jeff Canniff poems: "Saint Patrick's Well - Published; "The Awakening", "The Unseen Beauty of My Heart"; "Thoughts Of You"; "When Mankind's Perception Fail", "The freedom I Know and The Love I Always Choose"; "The Sword Of Connemara". Since 1974, Jeffrey Canniff has been involved in the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of the Catholic Church and healing ministry in the Archdiocese of Boston. In 2003, Jeffrey Canniff married Shirley Eunice, a native of Whitman, Massachusetts and they have been happily married ever since. The Canniff's live in New England south of Boston. Dr. Jeffrey Canniff and his wife, Dr. Shirley Canniff (formerly, Shirley Eunice) is also "A Media Missionary" and one of the General Managers of WSCIRO and WSTK-ITV media outreaches of Seek Christian Outreach Ministries as well as co-producer of "Faith Talks Live Prayer" that airs continuously as an internet radio and internet television broadcasted program on Blog Talk Radio, YouTube, Vimeo, and Speaker Pod Cast Venues
The Birth of the Vision
Tim O. is a media missionary and founder of the Bethel North Prayer Community. On December 28th, 2015, the Lord gave Dr. Shirley Canniff a vision of a lake in a town on the North Shore. In the vision, while she was in her living on the South Shore, an angel whispered into her ear that she and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Canniff were being called to the Northshore because He, the Lord was about to release a mighty wave of revival through the media and that she and her husband Dr. Jeffrey Canniff and their long time, friend and brother of the ministry, Tim O. were going to be a part of it and before the vision ended, the Lord beckoned Dr. Shirley to call Tim O' for further prayer.
On December 31st, 2015, the last day of the year, the 3 of them got together for an overnight prayer vigil to bring in the New Year. The prayer was so powerful that they ended up praying over a 3 day period regarding God's plan for community life.
On January 1st, 2016, the Lord had revealed and confirmed to Tim O. that the community will be a place of peace, healing, and restoration and in some ways will function as a spiritual hospital; that the community would also have an aspect of a finishing school regarding developing godly character; and thirdly, the community will function as a ministry launching pad for various ministries. This will all be accomplished through the gift of inner healing and intergenerational intercessory prayer for individuals who are struggling with addictions and mental afflictions, families struggling with issues of abuse, and the various nations throughout the earth including the United States that are currently struggling with foreign and domestic issues and initiatives that do not lead to peace.
On October 13th, 2016, on the eve of the birthday of Tim O. and the anniversary of the apparition of Fatima, Tim O, Dr. Shirley Canniff and her husband, Dr. Jeffrey Canniff made a consecration of enthronement to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the community known as "Bethel North" was birthed.
